Refund and Returns Policy

At Subaru Solutions, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund and Returns Policy outlines the conditions under which products may be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns strictly under the following conditions:

  • The item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • The issue is reported within 7 days of delivery or purchase.
  • The product is unused, uninstalled, and returned in its original condition and packaging.

Returns that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Electrical parts (bulbs, sensors, lighting units) once installed or tested.
  • Special order items sourced on customer request.
  • Items damaged due to incorrect installation, misuse, or modification.
  • Products returned after the 7-day return window.

3. Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method or store credit, depending on agreement.
  • Refund processing may take 5–10 business days after approval.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed for incorrect or defective items, subject to availability.
  • If the replacement item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

6. Inspection & Fitment Responsibility

Customers are strongly advised to confirm part compatibility before purchase. Subaru Solution is not responsible for costs arising from incorrect orders confirmed by the customer.
